Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing order on any products from the online web store. You should read and understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. We will always dispatch the orders ASAP.

2. (Upon receiving the goods within 3 days) If you received damaged/defect goods, do give us a text or drop us a dm at instagram with a picture of the issue, and we can work things out for you.

3. Colours of the item might have slight difference from the actual product due to the lightning.

4. Prints on the fabric is totally random due to the cut of the fabric. Pictures on medias are for illustrations only.

5. Do take note of the measurements, as it might be off 0.5-1.5 inches +/- as it is handmade, measurements are not precise.

6. Please note that fabric impurities/imperfections, sewing flaws, white fabric edges along the seams of the pillow sides, are all inevitable and entirely due to the nature of handmade. Please do understand on this point and purchase only if you are comfortable with it.

7. All pillows are vacuumed packed, the cotton inside is compressed to a very large extent. Hence please give it some time for the cotton to puff right up.

8. Do note that the eligibility of the free drawstring bag is only limited to 1 per receipt. Per receipt have to be over $50 net(excluding discounts and miscellaneous) to be entitled for the drawstring bag. *ENDED, OOS for drawstring bag*

9. Piling, fur balls, discolouration, lumpy fillings are all considered wear and tear. Wear and tear are based/depends on the frequency of use, way of use, way of washing, and so on. Please do not get alarmed if these happens, they are normal and inevitable.

10. All orders are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made.

11. Please pardon us for late replies on weekends, and the times we are away to rush works. We hope for your understanding.
